I will introduce you to the principles of Intuitive Eating, which is an anti-diet approach, and explore your relationship with food and your body in a friendly, non-judgmental setting. Through this journey, you'll experience emotional and physical freedom, by engaging in an effective and positive way to perceive not only food, but yourself.

What is Intuitive Eating?

Intuitive Eating is an anti-diet philosophy of eating that encourages a healthy attitude toward food and body image. It focuses on listening to your body's natural hunger cues, rather than following any external rules about what or when to eat.

Initial Session

During our initial session, we will identify any areas you are currently struggling with and explore your current and past relationship to food and your body. We can then identify your personal goals for therapy and discuss how many sessions you would like to access.

What I Offer

I currently offer face to face sessions on a Tuesday in Chester, Cheshire.
I also offer online sessions throughout the week, which can be a great option to fit with your timetable and allow you to access therapy from anywhere you feel comfortable.
