I combine the principles of Intuitive Eating with person-centred therapy to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can unlearn harmful diet culture beliefs, reconnect with your body, and develop a peaceful relationship with food. Together, we’ll work towards emotional freedom and a sense of confidence in your body, free from guilt and shame.

What is Intuitive Eating?
Intuitive Eating is a non-diet philosophy of eating that encourages a healthy attitude toward food and body image. It focuses on listening to your body's natural hunger cues, rather than following any external rules about what or when to eat.

Initial Session
During our initial session, we will identify any areas you are currently struggling with and explore your current and past relationship to food and your body. We can then identify your personal goals for therapy and discuss how many sessions you would like to access.

What I Offer
I currently offer both face to face sessions based in Aughton, Ormskirk and online sessions, via Microsoft Teams. Both types of sessions can be offered at various times throughout the week. My therapy space is easily accessible by car or public transport.
