How I Work
I’ll guide you through reconnecting with your body's natural hunger cues, learning to trust yourself around food, and developing a sustainable approach to nourishment that isn’t about counting calories or following trends. My approach is grounded in compassion, non-judgment, and evidence-backed Intuitive Eating strategies, that focus on body positivity and mental well-being.
Together, we can discuss ways to help you learn how to cope with your emotions without using food, through developing your own awareness and self-care toolkit.

How Will Therapy Help Me?
Therapy can offer substantial benefits to clients. As a psychotherapist and Intuitive Eating counsellor, through our work together you are supported to explore your relationship with food and your body, as well as past experiences that may have shaped this. This can help you to recognise and understand how and why you think and feel certain ways about food and your body. With this understanding, you can start to identify and develop different patterns of thinking and learn how to cope with difficult feelings. Intuitive Eating combined with psychotherapy, can help you develop trust in yourself, control over your food and peace within your body.
