What I Can Offer

I know that everyone’s needs look a little different. Some people want to commit to longer-term work and really take their time, while others prefer to focus on short-term goals, or simply dip their toe in to see if therapy feels like the right fit. That’s why I offer flexible options, so you can choose the kind of support that works best for you.

Therapy Sessions

These are regular 50 minute sessions, either online or face to face. I usually recommend starting with at least 6 sessions so we have space to gently explore your relationship with food, build trust with your body, and practice tools that support long-term change. You can choose to book as you go, or you can block book 6 sessions at a discounted rate of £345.

One Off Intensive Session

This longer, 90 minute one-off session gives us time to take a deeper look at your food history, explore your goals, and identify supportive coping strategies. It can be a great way to begin your journey before moving into regular sessions, or a helpful standalone option if you’d like guidance but aren’t ready to commit just yet.

How I Work

I’ll guide you through reconnecting with your body's natural hunger cues, learning to trust yourself and improve your relationship with food, by developing a sustainable approach to nourishment that isn’t about counting calories or following trends. My approach is grounded in compassion, non-judgment, and evidence-backed Intuitive Eating strategies, that focus on body positivity and mental well-being.

Together, we can discuss ways to help you learn how to cope with your emotions without using food, through developing your own awareness and self-care toolkit.

What Happens In A Session?

In sessions I use a variety of approaches, tailored to support your own individual needs. We will discuss what might work best for you during our first session and review regularly as we work together.

How Long Will A Session Last?

How Will Therapy Help Me?

Therapy can offer substantial benefits to clients. As a psychotherapist and Intuitive Eating counsellor, through our work together you are supported to explore your relationship with food and your body, as well as past experiences that may have shaped this. This can help you to recognise and understand how and why you think and feel certain ways about food and your body. With this understanding, you can start to identify and develop different patterns of thinking and learn how to cope with difficult feelings. Intuitive Eating combined with psychotherapy, can help you develop trust in yourself, control over your food and peace within your body.
