Through our work together, I will introduce you to the principles of Intuitive Eating and explore your relationship with food and your body in a friendly, non-judgemental setting. Through this journey, you'll experience emotional and physical freedom, by engaging in an effective and positive way to perceive not only food, but yourself.
Together, we can discuss ways to help you learn how to cope with your emotions without using food, through developing your own awareness and self-care toolkit.
