If you’ve ever felt like food controls your life, or like your body is something to battle rather than care for, you’re not alone. So many women carry the weight of food guilt, binge eating, and body shame, often in silence. But there is another way, and I can promise it doesn’t involve dieting, restriction, or “fixing” yourself.
Introducing The Body Peace Programme, a 6-week in-person group in Chester designed to help you heal your relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
What Is the Body Peace Programme?
This is a supportive, non-judgemental space for women who are tired of being stuck in the exhausting cycle of:
✨Emotional or binge eating
✨Constant guilt around food
✨Body shame or poor self-esteem
✨Jumping from one diet to another, hoping the next one will finally “work”
Instead of chasing control, this group invites you to build trust, with your body, your hunger, and your emotions.
Through weekly sessions, we’ll explore gentle, intuitive ways to:
✨ Rebuild your self-esteem
✨ Let go of food guilt
✨ Learn to eat without rules or shame
✨ Understand the real reasons behind emotional or binge eating
✨ Unpick diet culture beliefs and reframe your self-talk
✨ Develop practical tools to support body acceptance and food peace
Each session includes guided discussions, reflective exercises, and simple tools you can bring into everyday life. It’s a mix of education, therapeutic support, and real-life connection, with other women who truly get it.
